Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges – Please Note
- Returns must be initiated within 10 business days of receiving the order.
- We only accept returns if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or color preference.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items. Please note that return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer through Poste Italiane or another courier service.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned items have been inspected and confirmed as defective.
